Agile* coaching is an integrated system of goal setting and achievement aimed at helping clientele improve their lives, starting with fitness and wellness. We believe personal improvement begins with optimizing your personal fitness and over all wellness via individualized programming for weight management, resistance training, cardio vascular fitness along with more nuanced elements such as sleep, nutrition and stress management.
Coaching is administered via in person (for those in proximity to Montclair, NJ) or virtually. Sessions focus on assessing needs, goal setting, live exercise instruction and planning for goal achievement. Beyond individual sessions we offer comprehensive coaching packages where exercise instruction, regular check ins, goal mastery and accountability are integrated (Check the menu of services page).
